The biggest hindrance to team performance is a lack of trust and respect among team members. This workshop helps teams develop their mutual trust and respect by recognizing and acknowledging participants’ soft skills strengths and areas to improve.
In this workshop, we help team members identify and recognize their own and other team members’ soft skills portfolio. After mapping this portfolio, we work with the team to use this new awareness and openness to explore greater strategic planning and collaboration, leveraging individual team members’ strengths. This new collaborative environment serves as a springboard to increased productivity, creativity and innovation.
