One of the fastest ways to generate increased efficiency, productivity and innovation is to better understand and develop a leader’s awareness and integration of soft skills, as well as the soft skills of their team members, into all operations. Most leaders tend to recognize and reward employees with soft skills similar to their own, often overlooking other important soft skills that could further enhance their leadership. Awareness of the full range of soft skills, which soft skills are present in their organization and which soft skills need to be developed opens avenues of opportunity.
In this training session, we help leaders identify their strengths and areas for improvement among the 55 soft skills used in business. We further help them explore the soft skills portfolio of their key employees. Armed with those two lists, we help leaders develop actionable plans to integrate new soft skills into their work cultures.
